Introduction & Account Setup
00:00 – 01:04Welcome to Nursery Outlet's online ordering platform. Setting up your access properly secures your correct custom tier pricing.
- New Customers (Open to All): Click "New Customer" (top right) to fill out your details (open to both commercial companies and the general public). This triggers a follow-up email from our onboarding team.
- Returning Customers: If you have purchased from us before, click "Forgot your password" on your first login, enter your email, and use the reset link.
Logging In & Availability Sets
01:04 – 01:37Once logged in, verify your environment settings and select the correct catalog files before you begin.
- Availability Template: Select the dropdown menu at the top of the interface. Choosing your specific approved template filters products to the sets you have direct purchasing access to.
Filtering & Searching Products

- Refined Dropdowns: Filter products by combining Size, Category, and Zone menus.
- Instant Clear: Use the dedicated button to clear all active filters and return to the main availability view.
- Keyword Search: Type terms like "wellness" directly into the product search box for narrow match-ups.
- View Toggle: Easily switch between Grid View and Tile View based on your catalog display preference.
Placing & Managing Orders
02:40 – 03:11Manage quantities and configure local delivery or installation logistics right inside your cart checkout flow.
- Enter Quantities: Fill in desired plant numbers directly in the "Order" column next to each product.
- Shopping Cart Review: Click the cart icon (top right) to review current items, verify your shipping details, and request delivery or specialized installation.
- Cart Utilities: Use the "Clear Order" button to restart (use caution), or adjust/delete individual lines via the trash can icon beside each product item.
- Place Order: Verify the order summary, click "Place Order", and receive your receipt.
Past Orders & Invoices
03:11 – 03:23Keep track of your transaction history, check pending items, and print invoices directly from your customer portal.
- Open Orders: Use the history dropdown menu to view status on currently active, pending orders.
- Invoices Section: Review or download transaction invoices from all completed past orders.
