Spiraea x bumalda ‘Gold flame’ / Gold Flame Spirea

This dense, upright, mounded deciduous shrub features attractive bronze-tinged new growth in spring, which matures to a soft yellow-green and transforms into a brilliant coppery orange in the fall. In summer, panicles of rosy red flowers rise above the foliage, creating a dynamic contrast. It’s excellent for brightening shrub borders and has good heat tolerance.
